We at The Mission Attempt believe To Love is to Help. Having recently secured our own 501c3 status and listing in Guidestar, we are working hard to expand our reach. To that end, we doubled our fundraising goal this year to $40,000–And we met our goal!

The funds will go to the projects listed here. Our community includes generous and committed donors from all over the St. Louis area and nationwide. We are on a mission. Join us! 

We are thrilled to announce that, in recognition of “unwavering dedication and commitment to transformative justice,” The Mission Attempt was awarded the 2024 Rinku Sen Grant of $10,000 by the organizers of The Facing Race Conference powered by Race Forward. We were honored be one of five honorees to receive the award at the prestigious gathering with over 4,000 attendees at the America’s Center Convention Complex Nov. 21. We are energized by this recognition and are excited to put the award to good use in our community in 2025!

The heat was brutal this summer. Imagine your family not being able to pay the electric bill, and having to bear the heat. That was the reality for several of our community members this summer. Fortunately, we were able to help six families get reconnected to power so they could have air conditioning in the sweltering summer.
